About Nana

I'm Douangluethay Xayavong from Thakhek, Laos. My friends call me Nana and I am your land lady and the owner of NANA BUNGALOWS. I speak English, Lao and Thai fluently.

After travelling with my partner in countries like Thailand, India (Ladakh), Sri Lanka, Switzerland and Egypt I started to think about creating my own guest house. Today I am happy to do what I love most: Be my on boss and serve my customers the best way I can.

I love the outdoors, nature, sports, travelling. One of my biggest passions is rock climbing. You can often meet me at Green Climbers, not far from here. Who knows, if you are climber we might climb together once? I also love kitesurfing with my boyfriend in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka or El Gouna, Egypt. I learned how to ski and will be back to get good at it. I also love hiking up mountains and flying back down by tandem paraglider in Switzerland.
