The Story of
NANA BUNGALOWS

NANA BUNGALOWS is a women-run business, owner Nana operates it with her sister and cousin and the occasional volunteer.

We are in the middle of Tan village, 10 minutes east of Thakhek City. Here you are in the middle of Lao life, kids running around, animals strolling by and close to nature.

Created during Covid lock down in 2020 and 2021, NANA BUNGALOWS began serving visitors right after Laos reopened for travel.

The season of 2022/23 often saw the three bungalows fully booked. Therefore, two more were added in December 2023, one that sleeps 4 people and one for 2 people with an optional kitchen for long term rental.

Pick-up service from the Bus Terminal Thakhek is available. Our Tuk-tuk driver will pick you up for a fee.

We can recommend motorbike rental companies in Thakhek. Some of them can deliver your motorbike to NANA BUNGALOWS for a fee (subject to availability).

We don't have a restaurant but you can order a homemade breakfast and dinner as well as beverages from our small menu.
